How do you input listings into my MLS without my Login?

How Can I View and Approve the Listing?

We are able to utilize administrative logins and passwords. The “Listing” will never be published or activated by us. You are in control. We will prepare your MLS listing form and upload photos and notify you for review. You can activate your listing at your discretion and schedule.

When Can I Expect My Listing To Be Ready For My Review/Published?

Our standard turn-around time is two business days or less.

Do you have access to a SUPRA key?

Yes, we are an affiliate to WEMAR in order to maintain Supra key access.

Do you have an Arizona Real Estate License?

Yes, we have licensed members who ensure proper MLS entry and keep current with Real Estate Laws and Requirements. We value integrity and hold our staff to a strict no compete clause.

Are there additional charges for larger homes?

Yes, our basic fee applies to homes 3000 sq ft and under. Add $20.00 for all homes over 3000 sq ft.

How many photos can I expect to see on my listing?

Each home will have a minimum of 25 interior photos and five exterior photos. Each property is unique and may require additional photos to capture its beauty. There is never an additional fee. This is our commitment to you in providing exceptional customer service at a very affordable rate.

Do you offer Twilight Photos?

Yes. This is a great way to capture stunning views with beautiful results. An additional fee of $50.00 will be applied

Do you require your photographers to adhere to a dress code?

Yes. Our employees are required to adhere to our professional dress code and represent you in the best possible way.

What areas do you cover?

Please refer to our Service Area Map. We offer the largest real estate sign post installation coverage in the Metro Phoenix area. If your property location is not showing on our map please contact us. Our goal is to provide the service you need at an affordable rate.
